  • The Creamery Can is a picturesque little coffee shop situated just off the A26 main road between Belfast and the north coast, just north of Ballymena in the townland of Glarryford. We first opened our doors in June 2014 offering a fantastic range of homemade cakes and traybakes, including our very famous caramel squares and specialist gluten free cakes, as well as sumptuous breakfasts and tasty lunch options. We are perfectly situated for those cosy cuppas with friends and family members, business meetings with discerning clients who value something uniquely homemade with quality in mind and, of course, customers who are looking for homemade gluten free cakes and lunch options which we believe are that cut above the rest of the commercial world.

  • Every week we receive special compliments and requests from customers in The Creamery Can coffee shop who are looking for homemade, high quality gluten free bakes. We are always so thrilled to see their smiles when we offer them beautiful homemade gluten free cakes which are every bit as good as regular bakes. With that in mind, we are so excited now to be able to share our amazing gluten free cakes online with delivery right across the UK and Ireland!

    We think it’s sad that many people have come to associate gluten free baking with dry, powdery textured cakes which just don't live up to expectations.
